Equal Voices has the vision of an equal place at the table for all Christians. We are an LGBTIQA+ people with our allies connecting, collaborating and advocating across Australia on matters of inclusion in a Christina ecumenical context. We are supporting Australian churches and society in becoming fully affirming, which means we acknowledge, respect, utilise and celebrate the gifts of all people, regardless of ethnicity, sexuality or gender identity.

LISTENING
Promoting listening and respectful conversation.
Valuing the voices of all in the church, especially those not usually heard.

ADVOCACY
Actively helping advocates to stand up, take responsibility and equip themselves with knowledge, understanding and fearlessness to boldly challenge homophobia, transphobia and intersex exclusion.
Providing a voice to our rainbow people who are unable to speak up for themselves.
CHRIST'S LOVE
Boldly proclaiming Christ’s love for all people, regardless of of their ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity.
Welcoming all believers in Christ to fellowship across all denominational churches.
EQUALITY
Promoting understanding that moral expectations in committed relationships for heterosexual and LGBTIQA+ Christians are one and the same.
RESPECT
Honouring the value of all committed, life-long and life-giving adult relationships as loving and not sinful.

Equal Voices focuses its work through local branches, denominational groups and task forces - these are the best palce to connect with others and volunteer.

The Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Change Efforts (SOGICE) Survivor Statement is written by survivors of the LGBTIQA+ Conversion movement and their allies.
